A taxi from Pohang Station or the intercity bus terminal to the beach takes about 15 minutes and costs roughly 6,000–10,000 KRW. It is the fastest, simplest option, especially with luggage or after a long KTX ride.

Both taxi and bus drop you a short, flat walk from the seafront. From there the promenade, the sea-view pavilion and the Hwanho Park – Space Walk loop are all on foot — park once and wander.
